  • 14 sheets of graham crackers
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter 2 sticks
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a 11" x 15" pan with aluminum foil.
  3. Arrange crackers on the sheet.
  4. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sugar and stir to dissolve the sugar.
  5. Bring the mixture to boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Pour over crackers, spreading evenly.
  7. Bake for 7 minutes, until the mixture bubbles. Remove from the oven.
  8. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes, spread with a spatula.
  9. Sprinkle nuts over the chocolate layer.
  10. Let toffee bark sit for 2 hours to harden.
  11. Break or cut into pieces.
  12. Store in an air-tight container.
