Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

  • 1/4 c unsalted butter
  • 1/4 c whole milk
  • 1 c packed brown sugar
  • 1 c and 1/2 powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Line a square 8" pan with aluminum foil. Butter lightly the bottom and sides. Set aside.
  2. Sift the powdered sugar over a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Whisk in brown sugar and milk.
  5. Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often.
  6. Remove from the heat.
  7. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Pour over the powdered sugar and beat with electric mixer until all combined.
  9. Spread in the prepared pan. The fudge should be tacky but not sticky.
  10. Cool to room temperature. Chill in the fridge until firm, about 1 hr.
  11. Cut into squares.
  12. Store in an air tight container.
