package of cream cheese
softened

shredded cheddar cheese

green pimento stuffed olives
sliced

strips bacon
cooked and crumbled

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
Add olives, bacon, pepper and salt and mix well.
Place on a sheet of parchment paper or aluminum foil and wrap tightly, forming a ball.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to overnight.
Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts.
Serve on a platter with crackers.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Notes
