Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes
For liquid - you can use 2 cups of purified or coconut water or a mix of ½ cup of cranberry juice and 1 and ½ cups water.For fruit - you can use berries (I usually use strawberries), peaches, pineapple, mango, apples, pears, etc. or a mix.
