Instructions
Spiralize cucumber. Place in a medium bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt/sour cream, garlic, Ranch mix, pepper and salt. Mix well together. Pour over cucumber spirals.
Toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Refrigerate leftovers for up to 2 days.
