  • 6 oz . fettuccine pasta uncooked
  • 4 slices of bacon chopped
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch you can use flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. Drain. Keep warm.
  2. In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy.
  3. Add ham and garlic and cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk and cornstarch. Add to the skillet and cook until thickened.
  5. Add Parmesan and cook until melted.
  6. Add pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
  7. Season the pasta with salt and pepper before serving.
