Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Slice bread in half horizontally. Place both halves inside up on the prepared sheet.
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and spread over bread halves.
Cover bread with aluminum foil and bake for 7 minutes.
When done, spread 1 cup of pasta sauce over the bread (reserve remaining ½ cup), dividing equally. Arrange meatballs over the sauce.
Top meatballs with remaining sauce (just over the tops).
Place cheese slices on top.
Bake bread for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and meatballs heated through.
Let bread cool for 10 minutes.
Slice and serve immediately.
