How to make stuffing from scratch? - Cut bread into slices, then into cubes. - Dry on the counter or in low-temperature oven.

- Chop celery and its leaves. We will be using them both. - Saute onion and celery in melted butter, in skillet. Add herbs and leaves. Stir together.

- Combine all ingredients together. - Place in a buttered baking dish. - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
