How to make Peach Cake?
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. - Whisk wet ingredients in another mixing bowl.
- Add flour mixture to buttermilk mixture and stir gently.
- Chop one peach and slice the remaining two.
- Stir in peach chunks with cake batter and pour into baking pan. - Arrange peach slices on top of the batter. - Bake cake for 35 to 40 minutes.
This cake does not need frosting. A simple glaze or just dusting of powdered sugar is the perfect finishing touch.
