Eggless Chocolate Cake

This incredibly delicious chocolate cake is made with simple ingredients, but without eggs, milk or butter. The frosting is a chocolate mousse made with 2 ingredients! Enjoy!

What is it made of? You'll need flour, baking powder and soda, cocoa powder, oil, vinegar, coffee, vanilla and salt!

How to make chocolate cake without eggs? - Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. - Mix liquids in a glass measuring cup.

- Add wet ingredients to flour mixture and whisk until completely smooth. - Pour the batter into baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

- While the cake is cooling, make the frosting. - Heat up cream and pour over chocolate. Let it sit. - Mix the chocolate, cool in the fridge, then whip until fluffy.
