If you found yourself with a can of salmon or have leftover roasted salmon, you can turn it into a whole new meal or appetizer with this recipe for Salmon Patties! They are flavorful cakes, pan-fried until golden and served with vegetables and dipping sauce.

If you don't like canned salmon, bake fresh fillets in the oven (in foil packets to prevent drying), cool them and flake them with a fork. If you are using leftovers from my foil packets recipe, skip the garlic and salt. The fish will already have plenty of it.

Even though the name of this recipe sounds fancy, it could not be easier to make. Essentially, it's garlic mayo. But what a delicious combination! You can use is it as a dip, spread or sauce. While classic aioli is made with egg yolk, oil, garlic and lemon juice, this recipe calls for ready mayo. You can use your favorite brand or make it from scratch. Vegan mayo works great too! Roasting the garlic takes it to a new level.

One of our favorite pasta dinners is definitely beef stroganoff. It was just a matter of time before I had a delicious version of it cooked in my Instant Pot! It's even faster to make and 100% family approved. I prefer cooking pasta with meat as it makes the dish more flavorful. Simply brown the meat with seasoning, onion and garlic, then add liquids and pasta. Pressure cooking time is only 4 minutes, then just a quick release and your dish is ready for sour cream. Serve it with garlic bread to soak up every bit of the delicious sauce!

One of the most impressive meals you can make in your pressure cooker are definitely ribs! They are fall-off-the-bone delicious, and some even say that they are better than smoked or grilled ribs!

In three simple steps, this dish is done and ready to be served: fry the chicken, saute veggies and simmer it all with a sauce. The sauce is savory, with a nice spicy kick from the chili sauce. You can use fresh vegetables and chop or slice them. If you really want to save on prep time, use a frozen Asian stir fry veggie mix. Most can be steamed in the microwave, then added to the pan and simmered with sauce. You can to serve it over rice or with noodles, or even in lettuce wraps.

These pan-fried and steamed Chinese dumplings (also known as Jiaozi) can look a little intimidating to make but I am here to tell you that they are actually quite easy and very fun! All you need is a few veggies, the Asian cooking trio (soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil) and wonton wrappers. You can even use the square ones and cut them into rounds. The folding technique is actually easy, just don't expect the first dumpling to be perfect.

This dish is one of my go-to dinners for busy weeknights, just like my Shrimp Stir Fry or the 10-Minute Garlic Noodles.

Asian stir fry dinners are on our weekly menu and I am happy to add another new recipe to my collection. This Chicken Chow Mein is as easy and quick to make as my other Asian takeout dinner recipes. All you need is chicken, veggies, noodles and basic ingredients for the sauce. Grab a wok or a large skillet and a pot to cook the noodles and you can have dinner ready in under 30 minutes! For a vegetarian chow mein, use 6 to 8 ounces of mushrooms in place of the chicken.
