HOW TO MAKE MEATBALL SUB CHEESY BREAD?
- Start by preheating the oven and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Slice bread in half horizontally. Place both halves inside up on the prepared sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and spread over bread halves. Cover bread with aluminum foil and bake for 7 minutes.
- When done, spread 1 cup of pasta sauce over the bread (reserve remaining 1/2 cup), dividing equally. Arrange meatballs over the sauce. Top meatballs with remaining sauce (just over the tops).
- Place cheese slices on top.
- Bake bread for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and meatballs heated through. Let bread cool for 10 minutes. Slice and serve immediately.
