if you want them bigger, I suggest doubling the recipe and putting them in cupcake pans rather than mini muffin pans

I just looked & have everything to make these. Once cool & done, how would you store them to keep them tasty ? Even in a air tight container, a sugar donut turns to well.

I'm vegan so I used almond milk and vegan butter. These turned out amazing. Crisp on the outside and so soft and light inside. Very delicious!!
