One of our favorite pasta dinners is definitely beef stroganoff. It was just a matter of time before I had a delicious version of it cooked in my Instant Pot! It’s even faster to make and 100% family approved. I prefer cooking pasta with meat as it makes the dish more flavorful. Simply brown the meat with seasoning, onion and garlic, then add liquids and pasta. Pressure cooking time is only 4 minutes, then just a quick release and your dish is ready for sour cream. Serve it with garlic bread to soak up every bit of the delicious sauce!
