Cook quinoa in water, following the manufacturers instructions on the package. When done, fluff with a fork and set aside to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together mangoes and peaches. Add quinoa and stir together.
In a measuring cup, whisk together lime juice, honey and olive oil. (I used a mini food processor.) Pour over the salad and toss everything together. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
