Chocolate Coffee Milkshake – creamy treat you can make in just 2 minutes! Perfect drink for chocolate and coffee lovers to cool off on a hot day!
In case you didn’t know I love coffee, here is another creation I have been enjoying recently. Coffee, chocolate, ice cream and milk – whipped into a creamy perfection. Oh yes, my mornings needed it!
I love that I can just throw everything into my blender and press the shake button. In under a minute, I have perfectly whipped milkshake in a glass, ready to be sipped on while I work in the morning.
Also, it’s the Milkshake Week! A super fun event hosted by Julie from The Little Kitchen and Lindsay from Love and Olive Oil! Some of my favorite bloggers are participating and sharing their fantastic milkshake recipes! You need to check them out! Also, there are giveaways to enter (here and here) with some amazing prizes!
Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Cracker Treats – fun no-bake treats that a whole family will love! This couldn’t be easier!
Sometimes simple is better.
Like these treats for example. Peanut butter sandwiched between two pieces of graham crackers and dipped in chocolate. Things don’t get easier than that! These treats will rock your world for two reasons: a) hello, chocolate and peanut butter combo aka the most loved flavor combo ever; b) dipping things in chocolate is just pure fun.
Add these to your list for this summer. Right next to s’mores. Or even better, add a toasted marshmallow right over the peanut butter layer! BAM!
Toffee Heath Bar Chocolate Bark – chocolate covered toffee bits sprinkled over chocolate bark. Your new favorite sweet snack!
One of my favorite candy bars is Heath bar. It’s also one of the hardest for me to find in the store. I have no idea why! For the past few months I have been trying to find it so I can finally make this bark. It’s been on my to-make recipe list for way too long! The summer is a perfect excuse to make it since it’s a no-bake treat!
I almost gave up until one day, while shopping with my kids, my oldest daughter grabbed a bag of mini Heath bars in the candy isle and said: Were you looking for this?
Well, yes. Yes, I have. Taking them shopping with me is finally starting to pay off!!
Chocolate Breakfast Cookie Bars – delicious chewy chocolate bars that are packed with crunchy cereal and oats. Drizzle with peanut butter for even more flavor!
Chewy chocolate bars, packed with crunchy cereal and oats and drizzled with peanut butter. How is that for a morning treat?
Obviously I have a problem. Because chocolate for breakfast is my favorite way to start the day.
We loved the Double Chocolate Muffins with Peanut Butter Drizzle and you can say that I was anxious to drizzle something again. As you can see, these bars just had to happen. I used one of our favorite cereal cookie recipes, skipped the citrus zest and baked the whole dough in a pan.
Cool, cut, drizzle – you’re set.
Double Chocolate Muffins with Peanut Butter Glaze – easy muffins that are packed with flavor! To jazz them up even more, I added a peanut butter glaze drizzle!
Many times, the recipe you see here on Crunchy Creamy Sweet comes out of an obsession. Crumb bars obsession, salted caramel obsession, coconut obsession – whatever my sweet tooth desires and gets my brain obsessed about, I blog about.
This time the obsession was muffins. Or should I say still is, because I’ve made these muffins 3 times in 2 weeks and made another version as well. So if you happen to stop by anytime soon, I will greet you with muffins. Or should I just fill a basket with them and welcome the newest neighbors to our neighborhood? I have enough of them for that as well!
Banana Bundt Cake with Chocolate Glaze – the best banana cake in a bundt cake form, dressed up with my very favorite chocolate glaze!
Happy Mother’s Day!! To all moms out there – I hope you are having a fabulous day filled with hugs, kisses, laughter and love!
If you need me, I will be happily stuffing my face with this Perfect Banana Bundt Cake with Chocolate Frosting.
I have been dreaming about this cake for a while now. It was on my to-make list for months. Every time I bought bananas, I was going to make it. But then my kiddos would devour all of the bananas in no time and the cake was pushed away in time again. For a while now, I had very ripe bananas on my shopping list every week. Only problem is – there are only green ones everywhere!
Boston Cream Delight – a combination inspired by my Hubby’s two favorite desserts! You will love this recipe!
Recently, we celebrated my Hubby’s birthday. Every year I give him the standard: what would you like for your birthday? question. And usually he will have a specific request. This year: surprise me! was the answer.
One the actual day, the kiddos and I made my Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting – one of our favorites! There were candles and singing and lots of fun. For the whole family get-together I wanted to make something special and unique and this dessert was born. A combination of my Hubby’s two favorite desserts: Boston Cream Pie and Cherry Delight.
