A generous layer of homemade chocolate hazelnut spread on a warm bagel. Doesn’t that sound like a good breakfast? It sure does to me. I’ve wanted to make Homemade Nutella since I made the peanut butter. Because once you try making your own nut butter, it’s hard to stop! It is so easy! No more run-outs in the middle of the night! Oh wait, that’s probably just me.. 
There is a squirrel family living in our backyard tree. The mom is very protective of the little ones. She will run after any bird or other squirrel that will get too close to the opening of their home. Oh, and she yells. Like at me and my Hubby. Seriously! She will make this weird, angry, I-will-bite-your-head-off kind of sound. Have you ever heard a mad squirrel? It’s scary. I feel like I have to walk on my tippy toes when passing the tree. I see the momma squirrel’s head sticking out of the tree every morning. She is just watching….. I just hope one of these days she won’t jump on my head! Eeeek!
Have you ever thought of baking your cookies in a muffin pan? I am talking about scooping your dough right into muffin cavities of your pan and baking into fun cookie cups! Summer time will be here before you know it we will all be screaming for ice cream! How fun would it be to serve them and devour in these fun little cups made out of your favorite drop cookies?

It all started with a chocolate cake. It was glorious! All beautifully baked in a pan. And then I tried to invert it onto a plate and…. kinda missed it… Not sure what happened there but all of a sudden I had my beautiful cake in pieces. Right in front of me.
