Peanut butter chocolate oatmeal bars – super easy and so so good!
Happy New Year!!
And just like that we are both legs into the new year! I should say: where did 2013 go? It just flew past by us! But I would be lying. The past year was a long one and I am ready for the new year. We have both personal and professional goals set for it and I can’t wait to get it all started.
Caramel Swirled Cheesecake layer on top of Pillsbury’s Gluten Free Cookie Dough. One amazing treat!
I could eat cheesecake desserts everyday. It’s one of our very favorite treats!
Now add caramel swirl into the cheesecake and set it all atop a chocolate chip cookie dough – one amazing treat!!!
These bars are made gluten free. I was asked by Pillsbury to try their gluten-free line of products and use it in my recipes. I went with the chocolate chip cookie dough and created these outrageously good bars!
Andes Mint Chocolate Fudge Cookies – to enjoy chocolate and mint flavors in one super fudgy cookie!
I am obsessed with these cookies. They are in the top five of my all time favorite cookies for so many reasons: they are super easy and quick to make, they are fudgy and gooey and filled with Andes mint baking chips.
White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies to make for the holidays!
I think by now you know that the white chocolate and cranberry combo is rocking my world recently. I made these crumb bars several times and still can’t get enough of them. A cake is in the making (coming up on the blog soon!) and I am sure I will come up with something else between it all.
TGIF, my peeps!
The squirrel family saga continues. Remember the mad momma squirrel that would yell at me every time I passed her tree home? Well, appears that she had a very good reason. She was protecting her little babies! Yes, there are baby squirrels in our backyard tree! Absolutely adorable! So adorable in fact, that it makes you want to take them home, pet and keep them! (Hubby is just shaking his head right now)

As you can see, I have been on a whole wheat kick lately. And chocolate chip cookies just had to be a part of it. I couldn’t wait to make them and see how the whole wheat flour affects the texture and taste.
