In case you didn’t know I love coffee, here is another creation I have been enjoying recently. Coffee, chocolate, ice cream and milk – whipped into a creamy perfection. Oh yes, my mornings needed it!

I love that I can just throw everything into my blender and press the shake button. In under a minute, I have perfectly whipped milkshake in a glass, ready to be sipped on while I work in the morning.

Chocolate and Coffee Milkshake from Crunchy Creamy Sweet Chocolate Coffee Milkshake Recipe

I used my caramel iced coffee ice cream in my milkshake, but you can use any of your favorite coffee ice cream or just plain vanilla ice cream and add instant coffee granules until you reach the desired coffee flavor. Oh, and let’s just pretend you can’t tell that my whipped cream swirl is far from perfect. icon smile Chocolate Coffee Milkshake Recipe It still was absolutely delicious!

Chocolate Coffee Milkshake - creamy treat you can make in just 2 minutes! Perfect drink for chocolate and coffee lovers to cool off on a hot day!
Serves: about 2 cups
  • 1 c milk (any will do)
  • 3 to 4 scoops of coffee or vanilla ice cream (if using vanilla, add 1 tsp of instant coffee granules or more if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate chunks or chips
  • whipped cream, optional, for garnish
  • shaved chocolate, optional, for garnish
  1. Place all of the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend until frothy.
  3. Serve immediately.
I used my Caramel Iced Coffee Ice Cream for my milkshake and added ½ tsp instant coffee granules because I love coffee.

    Mmmmm. I can’t do much coffee, but when it’s combined with a healthy dose o’ dairy, I seem to make do. I’m TOTALLY willing to try for this! :D YUM!
