This recipe is an absolute and total winner. It makes exactly two cupcakes or mini cakes that you can bake in a cupcake pan or two ramekins. The chocolate mousse makes exactly two servings too. No need to make big batches, which also means no leftovers. Added bonus – it all can be made two days in advance.
