Do you have ten minutes? Do you have ice cream or cake waiting to be devoured? Great! Because I have the recipe that is going to knock your socks off!

It literally takes ten minutes to make. And you can use it right away or let it cool to room temperature and thicken a bit more. It has a fabulous cocoa flavor (leave your chocolate for decadent desserts like this Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake) and perfect balance of sweetness.

Store it covered in refrigerator for up to a week but I have a feeling it won’t last that long. And you can’t blame me if you find yourself looking for excuses to use it. icon smile Ten Minute Fudge Sauce

  1. Thanks to a recent (painful) trip to the dentist, I have to live on soft food for a few days (oh, hello, Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream!). Now I know exactly how to doctor it up! :D

  2. Love the photos Anna! I don’t need the cake… I can just eat the sauce. :)

  3. In my house we called this chocolate syrup. Mom made it to eat over ice cream or in milk. Tasty!

  4. I have 10 minutes and ton of things to pour this amazing syrup all over! Mmm!!!!

  5. What a stunning sauce! OMG I’d have eaten it too, and drank the sauce with a straw.
