Happy Sunday, my peeps! Welcome to day ten of our Valentine’s Day Celebration event! Today is all about a box of candy. Did you know that about 35 million boxes of candy are sold every year on Valentine’s Day? Or that Americans buy about 58 million pounds of chocolate during this time of year? My Husband would tell you that a good portion of this ended up in our home this year.
See here and here. And here.
But who is counting? We are celebrating love here and that’s enough of an excuse for me to buy more chocolate.
Recently I received a box of Enstrom World Famous Almond Toffee in Milk Chocolate. The Enstrom Candies has been making their famous toffee for over 50 years. It’s a four generation family company located in Colorado.
This toffee is probably the thickest toffee I have ever had. I love the whole almonds inside and the crushed nuts topping with milk chocolate. Talk about a gourmet treat! It’s very buttery and super addicting. I had to hide the box on a high shelf so I wouldn’t eat it all at once. Yet still, my Hubby caught me standing on a chair, trying to reach for it at 11pm last night. I blame it on sleep-walking. He blames it on my sweet-tooth. Whateve.
The lovely folks at Enstrom agreed to give one box of their World Famous Almond Toffee in Milk Chocolate to one of Crunchy Creamy Sweet readers. Please, use the Rafflecopter to enter the giveaway.
Did I mention it’s super thick?
